Dr. Elie Hasbani
Director
Originally from Lebanon, he boldly preached the gospel to Muslim communities before seeking refuge in the U.S. for safety. He has a hunger for saving souls for the Kingdom. He holds a Doctor of Ministry and a Master’s in Religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. With over 13 years of pastoral leadership at Eastbrook Church in Milwaukee, Dr. Elie has trained church leaders in biblical missions and cross-cultural ministry both locally and globally. He also founded Ethnos Church in Milwaukee and authored 2 books: The Good Soldier (2011) and Cross Over to the Cross:
Reaching Out to Shi’a Muslims. Married to Luna since 1991, they have three sons. His life and leadership reflect a deep commitment to the gospel, spiritual formation, and global mission.
Apostle Candie Herr
President
Apostle Candie Herr, born in Laos, has devoted over 50 years to ministry, beginning her journey as a young youth leader. Alongside her husband, Pastor Eric Herr, she completed the Bible ministerial program with the Christian and Missionary Alliance and was ordained in 2017 through Dr. Charles Karuku and the International Leadership Ministry. Together, they founded Enduring Love International Church in Milwaukee, faithfully leading it for over 7 years. In 2021, Apostle Candie co-founded Antioch International Institute with Pastor Elie Hasbani, driven by her deep passion for training and discipling others in Kingdom principles and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. A mother of four, Apostle Candie is known for her unwavering commitment to advancing the Gospel and equipping believers to fulfill the Great Commission.
Eli Yang
Student Coordinator
Eli Yang is a passionate young evangelist with a calling to preach the gospel to all nations. A former nurse, he earned his Master’s in Nursing from Marquette University in 2016 before leaving the medical field to follow God’s call into full-time ministry. As Student Coordinator at Antioch International Institute, Eli is dedicated to building meaningful relationships, mentoring students, and helping them discern God’s direction for their lives. He is married to his wife, Kristina, and together they have four children.
